Old Town Crescent Townhomes were developed and built in the early 2000s. The ten townhomes are located on Bernard Street in Alexandria, Virginia. Ownership of these homes is governed by a covenant. The HOA Bylaws oversee the rules by which the HOA conducts itself.
Annual meetings, open to all owners, are typically held in November. Election of officers occur during those meetings. Terms typically run for two years.
